Refund policy
How to return your order
France, Germany and The Netherlands:
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt by registering your return via our Return Portal.
Please note that there is a return fee at 7 euros which will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them with original tags attached.
Rest of EU:
The customer is responsible for handling the return.

Change to another size
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. But you can easily place a new order on the website. Your new order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
You return the item that did not fit back to us. Once we have received and registered your return package, you will be refunded via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you re-order the same color and style in the new desired size, we can make sure that you can keep any discounts you got on your original order. If you want this, you must write an email to customercarenow@harlaneve.online.
Create a complaint
We are sorry to hear that the quality of your purchase is not as it should be. We will be happy to help you create a complaint about the product in question. You can advertise by sending an email to customercarenow@harlaneve.online.
We need the following to be able to assess your complaint:
Write a brief description of how the damage or error occurred. As a background for the complaint, we must use 3-4 photos of the fault and the product in its entirety (front and back). The fault must be fully visible on at least one of the images.
Once we have received your inquiry, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.
Once your complaint has been approved, we encourage you to return the item to us as soon as possible - do not continue to use the item.
We would like to point out that the right of complaint covers production defects and thus does not include wear and tear or defects that have arisen as a result of incorrect handling of the product. You must advertise within a reasonable time - no later than 2 months after you have discovered the error.
If your item was purchased in a physical store, it is they who are responsible for helping with a solution and providing compensation for the defective item.
